History
Falling Waters Homeowners Association (HOA) is a planned unit development community nestled in Northwest Indiana in Porter County, Indiana. This family friendly community is known for its beautiful woodland setting and has been established for over 30 years.
About Us
The Falling Waters Homeowners Association (HOA) represents the interests of property owners
in the neighborhood, about 350 properties in all.
The HOA is a voluntary participation organization that supports neighborhood initiatives
with policies and best practices, functional committees and social activities with the stated
objectives of enhancing security, growing community, and increasing property values.
Those who have made the decision to enhance our neighborhood include retirees, working men
and women, and families. Homeowners volunteer their time to support and continue the
improvement processes of the HOA. The HOA is governed by a set of Bylaws agreed upon by
these property owners. Assessment monies support neighborhood maintenance and projects such
as ponds, security gates, landscaping, beatification, and other initiatives that make
Falling Waters a better place to live.
Amenities
Outdoor recreational activities such as walking, ponds, picnic areas, and pond boat entry give members opportunities to enjoy the community.
