Falling Waters Homeowners Packet
Falling Waters has a Covenants Package which provides an explanation of the responsibilities
of the HOA and the new homeowner. Examples are lawn and common area maintenance, lake maintenance,
security, home maintenance and trash/recycling. We also have a
Conservancy District.
Welcome Letter/Packet If you are a new buyer, ensure you receive a Welcome Packet. This includes important information pertaining to community entry, names and phone numbers for the local service providers in the area, schools, and emergency information.
Selling
Sellers must contact the HOA Board to ensure the home is in good standing.
